- HouseofStrauss will accept returns on all products in the original condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns must have a return authorization code with an order specific RMA number. Returns without an order specific RMA code may be denied their refund due to not being able to match the product to the order.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returns are subject too a 0% restocking fee (free restocking fee)
- Original shipping cost on all returns will not be refunded.
- In order too start a return, contact us via email at email@example.com with your order number and the issue at hand. All returns must be received within 30 days after your RMA code is sent out. If we do not receive your part within the 30 day period your payment information on file will be charged for the for the replacement part sent out.
What's the Return Process?
1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to Support@houseofstrauss.co or use the contact form on our website to request a return.
2. We will give you a RMA code after we have communicated.
3. All you have to do now is pack the product and label the box.
4. Call the shipping business to schedule a pick-up or drop the box off at your local shipping company's office.
5. We will evaluate the return package and process the refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
6. In 3-7 working days, your refund will be processed and reimbursed to your original payment account.
Who will pay for return shipping and how much will it cost?

Is it possible to return an order if I don't like it or have changed my mind? Who will cover the expense of return shipping?
1. Yes. If you just do not like it, have changed your mind, or have placed the incorrect order, please return it for a refund.

Is it possible for me to cancel my order? If it's a faulty or damaged goods, or if the wrong one was sent? Who will cover the expense of return shipping?
Yes. If the product is broken, defective, or the wrong one was sent. Please follow the steps below to have it returned to you.
1. Please snap a photo or video as proof (If it is a damaged product, please send the proof to the shipping company as well)
2. Send the proof to Support@houseofstrauss.co for a refund or exchange. We'll assist you in resolving the issue.
3. If we are to blame for a product failure, Houseofstrauss will cover the shipping costs (Defective products, wrong shipment)
Is it possible for me to switch to the other one?
1. Yes, you can switch to the other one.
2. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?
After completing an order's checkout, you may change its details by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 06 hours. If you do not make any modifications to your order within 06 hours, it will be sent to production, and you will have to forgo your right to amend or cancel the order details.
- Once an order has been successfully completed, the design of personalized items cannot be changed.
- You may change the color and/or size of your ordered item as long as the price of the final item does not change.
- The quantity of an item in a discounted order, as well as the product category of your order, cannot be modified. If you require these adjustments, please email us to cancel the order, and then make a newly updated order.
*Please keep in mind that if you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be billed for the payment fee, which is non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
1. Order Cancellation: We will send refunds as soon as the order is cancelled. However, banks/credit card companies will need 3-7 business days to complete and show on your original payment account.
2. Returns refunds: Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse, we will inspect them and process the refund. Once processed, your refund will be paid to your original means of payment within 3-7 working days. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
